(JUNE 19) On  August 21, 2009 at The Orleans Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas , Nevada , The Boxing Capital of The World, will be the sight for the UNDISPUTED IBA Heavyweight Championship (Continental Belt). The newly Crowned Champion 44 year old, Oliver McCall, 52-9-0 (37 KO's) and four time Champion, will defend his IBA Heavyweight Title against former IBA Heavyweight Champion 33 year old, Franklin Lawrence, 12-1-2 (7 KO's) of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Lawrence who won the title May 9, 2008 via fifth round KO over previous IBA Heavyweight Champion Carlos Barnett. Lawrence did not lose the belt in the ring but was stripped of the belt for failure to defend. Hence setting up the fight for the vacant IBA Heavyweight Championship (Continental Belt) between Oliver McCall and the Australian Heavyweight Champion John Hopoate, which resulted in Oliver McCall KOing Hopoate in the second round. McCall who wears the Championship Belt around his waist has accepted the challenge from the Former Champion Franklin Yah-Yah Lawrence. The challenger has not lost a fight in three years. The winner will claim the UNDISPUTED IBA Heavyweight Championship on August 21, 2009 Originating from the Orleans Hotel and Casino Las Vegas, Nevada.
